Oh my. I am in a quandary!
Guys, I haven’t been able to run for over a month. My physical therapist mother think that I must have strained a muscle in my calf, because running more than 10 minutes hurts and then I can’t walk normally for a day or more. Booohooooo!!! At least I’ve been doing Pilates (thank you Cassie from POP Pilates!), but I want to run so badly! I went for a short 2 miler just before Christmas and I felt so out of shape (and then my leg hurt again). It’s so frustrating! I don’t know how to treat this, other than stretching, which might work if I was consistent about it. Anyone have any ideas?
